9.2 MAINTENANCE
9.2.1 MAINTENANCE STAFF
Maintenance work should be undertaken regularly and carefully by quali ed and trained
sta . They should be informed of speci c hazards during their training.
The following hazards may arise during maintenance work:
- Health hazard from inhaling solvent vapors
- Use of unsuitable tools and aids
An authorized person must ensure that the system is checked for being in a reliable state
after maintenance work is completed.
9.2.2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Observe the safety instructions in Chapter 4 and Chapter 9.1.2.
Prior to maintenance
- Clean system Chapter 9.1.3.
After maintenance
- Carry out a safety checks in accordance with Chapter 9.2.3.
- Turn on the system.
DANGER
Incorrect maintenance/repair!
Danger to life and damage to the device.
Only a WAGNER service center or a suitably trained person may
carry out repairs and replace parts.
Only repair and replace parts that are listed in the chapter "Spare
parts" and that are assigned to the unit.
Before all work on the device and in the event of work interruptions:
- Switch o the energy and compressed air supply.
- Relieve spray gun and device pressure.
- Secure the spray gun against actuation.
Observe the operating manual and service manuals at all times
when carrying out work.
