The following parameters can be configured:
HF BROADBAND QUICK SET-UP
• Quick setup: list of preselected standards.
This option is only available when using a
broadband high frequency probe. This
function automatically configures the
SMP3 to perform measurements
according to the selected standard. The
measurement parameters in the
MEASUREMENT BEHAVIOUR section
(measurement time, average type,
average time) are automatically set to
those required by the standard. These
parameters will not be editable whenever
a standard is selected in Quick setup.. For
example: if you choose ICNIRP standard
then all the parameters in
“MEASUREMENT BEHAVIOUR” section
will not be editable as they are defined by
the standard.
NOTE: When a standard is selected, it
automatically selects its associated limits
and if you choose a limit in the dynamic
menu (on the home screen) that doesn’t
correspond to this chosen standard, the
SMP3 will give you a warning to change the
quick setup to its correct standard or to the
default settings.
