WAZER Pro Systems Dissection
WAZER Pro can be broken into seven systems based on the primary
functions they serve:
1. High-Pressure – This system pressurizes water for cutting,
mixes the water and abrasive, and ejects the mixture toward the
material. Stay clear of all high-pressure components during
operation. They are clearly identified on the illustrations in the
following pages. All operators are required to be familiar with
these components and their location.
2. Abrasive System – This system stores the abrasive and controls
its flow to the high velocity Jet.
3. Enclosure – This contains the water, Used Abrasive, and Material
you are cutting within WAZER Pro.
4. Low Pressure – This system separates tank water and used
abrasive, collects the used abrasive from the tank and drains
water out of WAZER.
5. Gantry – This system controls the motion of the Nozzle.
6. Control System – This includes the electrical components that
control and distribute signals throughout WAZER.
7. Cut Bed – This is where you fasten your material.
