App Permissions
The Wearsafe App uses your phone’s microphone, location, Bluetooth and contacts to provide service. Granting
permission to your phone's microphone and location services are required in order to send your location and audio to
your Contacts during Red Alerts and Check-ins. Permission for Bluetooth is required to send alerts with Bluetooth
enabled devices. The app suggests that you grant access to your phone contacts so that you can easily invite Alert
Contacts to receive your alerts. Also suggested is allowing notifications as the app will notify you when the battery on
your device is low.
Tap “Got It” and then “Allow” when
the app requests each permission.
