APPENDIX A - Frequently Ask Question
The light on the front
panel doesn’t work
Ensure the power cord is
connected properly and the
power switch is turned on.
Network management
interface cannot be
accessed
Ensure the IP address of the PC
and that of the device are on the
same network segment.
Make sure the cable is good
and connected to the network
port of the device.
APP network
connection is abnormal
The IP address of the
output network port of
the device and the
local address of the TV
are not on the same
network segment.
Set the two addresses in the
same network segment.
APP receiving address
is not set or different
from the output port
address
1. On the APP interface, quickly
press up/up/down/down arrow
buttons on the TV remoter to
enter the IP address setting
interface of the APP;
2. Set APP receiving address the
same as IP address of the
output ETH port.
