2. Product Description
2.1 General Description
The Lynx radios provide a new level of control and convenience in a digital communications network.
The Lynx radios carry up to eight E1 signals between two locations without the delay and expense
of installing cable or traditional microwave.
Because each owner controls the operation of the link, there is no reliance on any outside services.
Lynx radio operators are able to operate instant links whenever needed, and to be in control of their
own network.
The Lynx offers two primary benefits:
v CONVENIENCE Easy to install and operate with no user license
requirements or frequency coordination in the USA. (Other
countries may require a user license and/or frequency
coordination).
v CAPABILITY Full transparent E1 signals over any line-of-sight distance
(typically up to 50 miles, depending on terrain and
governmental regulations).
