:
i) The DIFFERENCE between a BOLT and a SETSCREW is:
- A Bolt is only partially threaded and has a plain upper section whereas
a Setscrew is threaded along its whole length.
ii) The Length of a BOLT or a SETSCREW is measured from the underside
of the head, refer to Diagrams above.
iii) The Diameter of a BOLT is measured across the plain (non-threaded)
section.
iv) The Diameter of a SETSCREW is measured across the top of the
threads.
