Step 3 b. Splitter Board Mounting
The splitter board is
mounted on top of the
three tags welded to the
bottom rail of the chassis
and then through the five
tapped bushes along the
front rail of the frame. Use
five M6 countersunk screws
for the front rail and M6
button heads and Nyloc for
the three rear fixin
s.
The Brake Ducting intake would be best fixed in position when you have finally pre-
fitted the nose so that you know it is in the correct position. It needs to be a snug fit to
the inside of the nose and then bolted through the splitter board with M5 button head
screws and Nylocs.
