4.1. Inspection Before Getting into the Device
Perform the following inspection before getting into the device.

Inspection contents
1. Inspection with the power off
• Check that the power is turned off.
• Check that all parts are correctly assembled and that there are no missing or broken parts.
• Check that there is no damage, corrosion, or other problems.
• Check that the device exterior, arm, anti-tip bar, and other parts are not deformed, damaged, or
loose.
• Check that the connecting parts at release points are not deformed, damaged, or loose.
• Check that the controller knob moves smoothly.
• Check that there is no cracking or wear of the front omni-wheels.
• Check that there is no cracking or wear of the rear wheels.
• Check that the prural brakes can be released and the device can be pushed manually.
• Check that when the prural brakes are locked, the wheel chair does not move when pushed.
• Check that the anti-tip bar is lowered.
• Check that the release levers are locked.
2. Inspection with the power on
• Check the battery charge level indicator and check that the charge level is sufficient.
• Check that the switches on the control pad function.
• Check that the display function correctly.
• Check that the horn is functional.
