Hygiene kit
• In order to save time when cleaning and
filling it is recommended to have a
hygiene kit consisting of:
- mixing hoods.
- instant ingredient mixer unit with whipper
wheels
- powder traps
- dispense head with hoses and coffee
outlet
- cup carrier
Opening the machine
• Turn the door key clockwise in keyhole
(fig. 25) and open the door.
The 230 V current is automatically
turned off, but the machine still car-
ries 24V current.
If power is turned on, be careful not
to touch moving parts and electri-
cal components!
Removing the coffee waste
containers
• Remove and empty the coffee waste
containers (see regular cleaning)
