DOOR HANDLE REMOVAL
To remove the door handle, first remove:
1 Oven door
2 Oven door liner
Remove the Door Handle
TIP: The tubular handle and pro handle are removed the
same way. The pro handle is shown below.
1 Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the door handle mounting
screws.
2 Remove the door handle from the door skin.
DOOR HANDLE INSTALLATION
After installing the door handle, install:
1 Oven door liner
2 Oven door
Install the Door Handle
CAUTION
Torque the door handle mounting screws to 16 in-lb.
Over-tightening the door handle mounting screws
cracks the door glass.
CAUTION
The pro handle standoffs have a small pin that fits
into the stainless steel door skin. If the pin is not
seated into the hole, the door glass may crack.
1 Place the door handle onto the front of the door skin.
2 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the door handle mounting
screws.
