1. Open the finisher front cover.
2. Pull out RR11, then remove the staple cartridge unit from the printer.
Note: After you remove the staple cartridge unit, check the inside of the finisher for any remaining staples.
3. Open the staple cartridge unit cover, then remove the jammed staples.
WWAARRNNIINNGG:: To avoid personal injury, use care when you remove jammed staples.
