2. Measure:
• Reverse sensor input voltage
Within specification → Replace the
reverse sensor.
Out of specification → Check the wiring
harness.
Measurement steps:
1. Disconnect the reverse sensor coupler 1.
2. Push the unlock button, and then measure
the input voltage at the reverse sensor
coupler terminals (wiring harness end).

Orange (O) – Black/orange (B/O)
4.75–5.25 V

Right handlebar switch assembly
1. Check:
• Right handlebar switch operation
Does not operate → Measure the right
handlebar switch input voltage.
Checking steps:
1. Connect a computer to the watercraft to
use the YDIS.
2. Push the unlock button.
3. Operate the switches 1–4 and check
that the following is displayed in the
“Engine monitor” window of the YDIS.
