2. Set the neutral cable into the left-side
crankcase ditch and connect the neutral
cable
to the neutral switch.
3. Install the left crankcase cover. Use a
new gasket, and tighten the securing
bolts.
W. Decompression Cable
1. First install the decompression cable to
the decompression levers.
(1 and2inthephoto.)
2. Then install the cable holder.
(3 in the photo.)

Decompression cable free play:
0.5 mm (0.02 in)
Clamp the
lead to the crankcase.

Drive Sprocket
Install the collar, drive sprocket, and sprocket
holder. Tighten the securing bolts.
TIGHTENING TORQUE:
10 Nm (loOm 'kg, 7.2ft·lb)
Y. Oil Delivery Pipe
Install the oil delivery pipe onto the
crankcase.
Install and finger tighten the securing bolts.
NOTE: ______________________ __
Ifthe O-ring is deteriorated, replace it.
Z. Drain PI ug
Install the drain plug using new gasket.
TIGHTENING TORQUE:
30 Nm (3.0 m 'kg, 22 ft 'Ib)
