4.1 Grounding
Follow local regulations for grounding line size. A line of 5.5 mm
2
or more
is recommended. Refer to Fig. 4-1 “Grounding Method” to connect the
ground line directly to the manipulator.

• Ground resistance must be 100Ω or less.
Failure to observe this warning may result in fire or electric shock.
• Before wiring, make sure to turn OFF the primary power supply, and
put up a warning sign. (ex. DO NOT TURN THE POWER ON.)

• Do not use this line sharing with other ground lines or
grounding electrodes for other electric power, motor
power, welding devices, etc.
