- TTaylor DavenportAug 2, 2025
If you encounter an 'HWBB Circuit Malfunction' error with your YASKAWA Servo Drives, consider the following steps: 1. If an error occurred in the HWBB circuit of the SERVOPACK, remove the safety function jumper connector that is connected to the CN8 of the SERVOPACK. 2. If you're using the combination of the ?-7S / ?-7W SERVOPACK with 400 V-Input Power models and SGDV-OSA01A(Standard model), make sure that the safety function jumper connector is connected to the CN8(?-7S) or CN8A(?-7W) of the SERVOPACK. 3. Restart the system. 4. Replace the SERVOPACK. 5. Replace the Safety Module.
