Vl_Dimension_Factor
The vl_dimension_factor is multiplied with the target velocity. The quotient of the subindexes vl_dimension_factor_numerator and
vl_dimension_factor_denumerator determines the vl_dimension_factor.

The vl_pole_number sets the number of motor poles and is used to calculate all speed related values in min
