Viewing your Mobile Contacts on the IP Phones
You can view your mobile contacts on the IP phone.
Procedure:
1. Navigate to Menu->Directory->Mobile Contacts.
The contacts stored in your mobile phone will display in the Mobile Contacts list.
For how to add contact to local directory/blacklist from mobile contacts, update the
mobile contacts or place calls to and search for contacts in the mobile contacts, refer to the
Mobile Contacts.
Handling a Mobile Phone Call on the IP phone
You can handle a mobile phone call on your IP phone, the IP phone acts as a hands free device
for your mobile phone. The call information appears on both your IP phone and mobile phone
screen. You can control the call’s audio to go through the mobile phone or IP phone on your mobile
phone. For example, if you choose Bluetooth, the audio will go through the IP phone; if you choose
Handset earpiece or Speaker, the audio will go through the mobile phone.
Procedure:
You can press the My Mobile key first, and then place a call (refer to Placing a Call). An incoming
call to your mobile phone is also shown on the IP phone, you can answer the call (refer to
Answering Calls) on the IP phone. The phone will firstly match the contacts in the mobile contacts to
present the caller/callee identity when receiving/placing a mobile phone call.
During the call, you can hold/resume (refer to Call Hold/Resume), mute (refer to Call Mute) or
end the call (refer to Ending Calls) on the IP phone. You can also place multiple calls (refer to
Placing Multiple Calls).
Viewing the Bluetooth Device Information
When Bluetooth mode is activated and the LCD screen displays a list of Bluetooth devices, you
can view the Bluetooth device information.
