Picking Up a Call in the Group
Procedure:
1. Pick up the handset, press the line key or the Speakerphone key.
The GPickup soft key appears on the LCD screen.
2. Press GPickup on your phone when any phone in the group receives an incoming call.
The call is answered on your phone.
You can also use a Group Pickup key (refer to Configuring a Group Pickup Key) to pick up a call
directly.

Anonymous Call
Anonymous call, which is configurable on a per-line basis, allows you to place a call to someone
without revealing your identification by blocking your name or phone number from being
displayed on the called party’s phone screen. You can also configure the phone to send
anonymous call on/off code to the server to activate/deactivate anonymous call on the server
side.

Configuring the Anonymous Call
Procedure:
1. Navigate to Menu->Features->Anonymous.
2. Select a desired line.
Anonymous call is not available on all servers. Contact your system administrator for the
anonymous call on code and off code.
The directed call pickup code and group call pickup code are predefined by your system
administrator on the system server.
The call pickup code configured on a per-line basis takes precedence over that configured on a
