Retrieving a Call Placed on Private Hold
The private held call can be only retrieved by the hold party.
Procedure:

Press the line key, the HOLD key or the

Secretary
Call is private held by secretary:
Press the line key, the HOLD key or the
Resume soft key.
The conversation between
secretary and the third party is
retrieved.
Barging In an Active Call
Both the boss and the secretary can barge in an activate call and set up a conference call with
the other parties.
