If there are more than one call on the shared line, do the following:
Procedure:
Long press the line key, and then select
the activate call.
The Cancel, Call Pull, New Call and
Barge In soft keys appear on the LCD
screen.
Press the Barge In soft key to interrupt
the active call.
Barge in the call between
secretary and the third party.
A conference call is set up with
the secretary and the third party
in the active call.
Barge in the call between boss
and the third party.
A conference call is set up with
the boss and the third party in
the active call.
Call Pull
Call pull feature allows users to retrieve an existing call from another shared phone that is in
active or hold status. For example, when there is a call between boss phone and another party,
you can use call pull feature on secretary phone to retrieve this call from boss phone. Then the
call is established between secretary phone and another party.
Pulling an Active Call
If there is an active call on the shared line, do the following:
Procedure:
Long press the line key.
The Cancel, Call Pull, New Call and
Barge In soft keys appear on the LCD
screen.
The call between secretary and
the third party is retrieved, and it
is established between boss and
the third party.
