Key parameters in the above display are explained as below.
Alarm
The latest present alarm is indicated.
The alarm condition is the same as for a signal contact.
(In the above example, the device detects P2 power failure.)
System IP Address
The assigned IP address for management of the Managed Switch is indicated.
ConfigurationState
The actual configuration state is indicated as follows.
[OK]: The current configuration (“running-config”) has not been modified from
“startup-config”.
[Not in sync]: Unsaved modifications in the current configuration exists.
AutoConfigurationAdapter,State
The ACA state is indicated as follows.
[OK]: The current configuration is synchronized with ACA.
[Not present]: ACA is not present.
[Not in sync]: The current configuration is not synchronized with ACA.
Or, no valid configuration file exists in ACA.
[Wrong machine]:The configuration file in ACA is not available.
Or, the file is not compatible with the device.
PowerSupplyP1,State
The P1 power supply state is indicated.
PowerSupplyP2,State
The P2 power supply state is indicated as follows.
[Present]: Power is supplied normally.
[Failed]: The power supply input or unit is failed.
SFP Information
The description of each SFP media module is indicated.
The information shows the operating status of the SFP module per port.
The remarkable part of the information is “RxPwr state” which is displayed as follows.
[OK]: SFP is detecting normal optical signal power.
[Alarm]: SFP does not work normally due to optical signal loss.
In the above “show sysinfo” example of command execution, the SFP on port 5 is detecting
optical signal loss failure.
