Physical Status
The link speed and duplex mode state of each link up port are displayed as follows.
[10 Half]: 10Mbps, Half duplex
[10 Full]: 10Mbps, Full duplex
[100 Half]: 100Mbps, Half duplex
[100 Full]: 100Mbps, Full duplex
[1000 Full]: 1000Mbps, Full duplex
In case of a typical link for Vnet/IP stations, the status indicates [1000 Full].
In case of the link without GbE ability such as SCS or Vnet router, the status indicates [100 Full].
In a typical Vnet/IP network, Half duplex mode is not used.
If the status indicates [Half], confirm the device configuration and the grade of cable quality.
Link Status
This parameter indicates if the link is up or down.
[Up]: The link is up.
[Down]: The link is down.
Cable-CrossPhysModeFix
The configuration of straight/crossover (MDI/MDI-X) manual selection for RJ-45 port of which
auto-negotiation is disabled is displayed as follows.
[Disable]: MDI-X (for downward link)
[Enable]: MDI (for upward link)
[Unsupported]: The crossover function is not supported.
When the auto-negotiation is enabled, Auto MDI/MDI-X (Auto cable crossing) function is enabled
automatically. This configuration parameter is ignored in auto-negotiation port. (*1)
The default value is “Disable”.
For SFP port, it is displayed as [Unsupported] because the crossover function is not available for
an optical interface.
*1: For Vnet/IP network, Auto MDI/MDI-X function must be enabled.
For Auto MDI/MDI-X function, using only straight cable for either downward link or upward link is recommended.
