3. Ensure the battery is seated properly. The Spare Battery Charging LED blinks indicating charging.
Battery Removal
To remove the battery, press the battery release latch toward the end of the battery and lift the battery out
of the battery slot.
USB and Charging Cable
CAUTION: Ensure that you follow the guidelines for battery safety described in Battery Safety Guidelines
on page 152.
The USB and Charging cable connects to either interface connector on the device. When attached to the
device, allows the device to transfer data to a host computer and provide power for charging the device.
