Configuring Funk
RADIUS
3Com has successfully installed and tested Funk RADIUS running on a Windows
server in a network with Switch 5500 deployed.
Download the Funk Steel-Belted RADIUS Server application from
www.funk.com
and install the application. Once installed you have a 30 day license to use it.
To configure Funk RADIUS as a RADIUS server for networks with the Switch 5500,
follow these steps:
1 Open file
eap.ini in \radius\service and remove the ";" before the
MD5-Challenge Line. This enables the MD5-challenge
2 Open file radius.ini in \radius\service and change the log level to 5.
