 SPECIAL_RESTART
 AR pre-setting
After the selection of one or more blocks from this list and
its writing to SPECIAL_RESTART, then the restart
operation is executed by writing “Special Restart” in the
RB_RESTART.
All the selected Blocks are set with a pre-defined
configuration allowing their switching to AUTO Mode.
PS: The Function Blocks must have been previously
instantiated into a Function Block Application otherwise
cannot move out from OOS.
