12 MAINTENANCE BYPASS OPERATIONS

3. If present, turn to the ON position (close) the
maintenance bypass switch Q1 on all frames.
4. The message “MAN BYP CLOSED” will appear
in the event log of all modules.

5. If the maintenance bypass switch Q1 is not
installed in the frames, the load can be trans-
ferred directly to “External Maintenance By-
pass”.
In this case turn to the ON position (close)
the “External Maintenance Bypass” switch
and lock it to this position.
6. Load OFF all modules by means of the ON/
OFF buttons present on their control panels
(Always confirm with “ENTER” when re-
quired).
7. The output isolator Q2 installed on all frames
can be now opened (Turned to OFF position)
8. Turn to the OFF position (open) the battery
breakers present on all frames and external
battery cabinets or racks breakers or fuses

The load is NOT protected by the DPA 250S4 UPS
