5. Load OFF the module by means of the ON/
OFF button present on its control panels (Al-
ways confirm with “ENTER” when required).
6. Turn to OFF position (open) the battery
breakers of the slot where the faulty module/
module that need maintenance is inserted.

7. Unscrew the two screws on the front of the
module that fixes it to the UPS-frame.
8. Pull the module only partly horizontally using
the 2 black handles until the rear connectors
are disconnected.
9. Wait approx. 5 minutes before completely re-
moving the module from the frame to be sure
the AC and DC capacitors installed in it are
completely discharged!
10. If required, the remaining modules still oper-
ating in STATIC BYPASS mode, can be now
also loaded OFF until the removed module is
reinserted in the parallel system.
In this case Load OFF one by one all modules
by means of the ON/OFF button present on
their control panels (Always confirm with
“ENTER” when required).
11. To extract the module completely out, press
down the top left yellow tab (as shown in the
figure) and then extract the UPS module by
pulling it out horizontally.
NOTE

OUT THE MODULE FROM THE FRAME.
THE WEIGHT OF ONE MODULE IS

The load is now directly supplied by mains and is
NOT protected.
13.3.2 Insert the module in the frame
1. Remove UPS module compartment protec-
tion cover by unscrewing the two fixing
screws on the front.
2. Make sure that the “Battery breaker” of the
slot where the module need to be inserted is
turned to OFF position (opened).
3. Slide two thirds of UPS module into the spe-
cific UPS compartment (make sure not to
plug the UPS module into the rear connector).
Push UPS module to its final position and
push firmly to assure good contact on the
rear plugs

THE MODULE INTO THE FRAME.
THE WEIGHT OF ONE MODULE IS

4. Fix the UPS module with the two screws on
its front and tighten them with a torque of 6
Nm.
