The upstream blocking from the pickup of the second low stage of three-phase directional
overcurrent protection DPHLPDOC2_67/51P-2 is connected to the binary output. This
signal is not connected in the configuration. This output can be used for sending a blocking
signal to the relevant overcurrent protection stage of the relay at the infeeding bay.
