Two negative-sequence overcurrent protection stages NSPTOC1_46-1 and
NSPTOC2_46-2 are provided for phase unbalance protection. These functions are used to
protect the feeder against phase unbalance. Both the negative-sequence overcurrent
protections are blocked in case of detection in failure in secondary circuit of current
transformer.
