Motor (Figure 15) holds the disposable CentriMag or PediMag Pump
and drives the impeller inside the Pump.

5.1.8 Backup Console
The 2

Generation CentriMag Console is also designed for use as a backup Console. The
intended function of the backup Console is to provide basic life-support in the event of a
main Console malfunction.
