Edge Detector A Signal Level

This parameter displays edge detector A’s signal levels. Digits aa displa
the beam number and digits bbb display the signal level. Use the DATA
buttons to select the desired beam.
Edge Detector B Signal Level

This parameter displays edge detector A’s signal levels. Digits aa displa
the beam number and digits bbb display the signal level. Use the DATA
buttons to select the desired beam.
