Mainboard Removal 0
Prerequisite:
WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) Module Removal, and
LCD Module Removal
1. Find the mainboard (B) on the top assembly. Refer to Figure 3-22.
2. Disconnect the USB board high-speed FPC or LTE board high-speed FPC from the
mainboard connector (C) (Figure 3-29).
3. Disconnect the USB board low-speed FPC or LTE board low-speed FPC from the
mainboard connector (D) (Figure 3-29).
4. [For C732L & C732LT only] Disconnect the LTE board FPC from the mainboard
connector (E) (Figure 3-29).
5. Disconnect the touchpad FPC from the mainboard connector (F) (Figure 3-29).
6. Disconnect the keyboard FFC from the mainboard connector (G) (Figure 3-29).
7. Disconnect the speaker cable from the mainboard connector (H) (Figure 3-29).
8. Remove three (3) screws (A) securing the mainboard in place (Figure 3-29).

CAUTION:
!
Touchpad FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit), LTE board high-speed FPC / USB
board high-speed FPC, LTE board low-speed FPC / USB board low-speed FPC,
LTE board FPC, and keyboard FFC (Flexible Flat Circuit) can be damaged if
removed while the mainboard connectors are locked. Make sure all cables
are moved away from the device to avoid damage during removal.
