Description
Connection canceled Operation canceled by the User.
Service unavailable -
please try again later
The network is not stable, or server has not
responded. Try again later.
Connection unavailable -
please check your network
settings
No path to the destination is available.
Please check the settings in Start > Settings
> Connections tab.
1. If your Smartphone is connected to
your PC via USB, check both the PC's
network settings and ActiveSync set-
tings (when connected via USB, nei-
ther Wi-Fi nor GPRS/3G is used).
2. If Wi-Fi is enabled, check the Wi-Fi
settings from Start > Settings > Con-
nections tab > Comm. Manager
(when Wi-Fi is enabled, GPRS/3G will
not be used).
Note: You might need to log into the wire-
less environment.
3. If you are using a GPRS/3G network,
check the settings from Start -> Set-
tings -> Connections Page -> Connec-
tions. If the Acer x960 Smartphone is
currently roaming, and the Exclude
international GPRS/3G roaming is
checked, you will need to uncheck it.
Notes:
1. Try using Internet Explorer to connect
to a website to verify your network
connection.
2. When the wireless signal is weak, the
data connection may be unstable.
