5.2.5 Diagnostics
The diagnostic tools are designed to help you resolve common
printer issues. You can get access to these tools via Settings >
System > Diagnostics.
5.2.5.1 Logs
The log file contains a list of all the printer processes but these
process can be defined as with User, System, or Print processes.
You must submit this file whenever you submit a request for sup-
port.
