This chapter contains very basic information to help you solve
problems that might arise with your cryoscope. Please read all
instructions very carefully, and if a solution cannot be found in
this guide, contact Advanced Instruments for Hot-Line

A. General
Good service is based on fast and complete communication
between the user, the service representative and the factory.
First-line service and factory liaison may be most rap-
idly and satisfactorily obtained through your authorized
Advanced Instruments dealer. Alternatively, Advanced
Instruments may be contacted directly, as indicated in sec-
tion C, below.
Our Hot-Line
®
service helps provide good, fast, easy ser-
vice and includes:
• Direct user-to-factory service consultation.
• On-site sales and service engineers.
• Modular internal design for unplug and replace service.
• Parts and accessories generally shipped from stock.
B. Service & maintenance cautions
• Do not perform any service or maintenance yourself,
except as detailed in the User’s Guide.
