D. Additional unpacking & installation
The following additional unpacking and installation procedures
should be accomplished before power is applied to the instrument:
1. Open the magnetically held, drop-down cassette deck cover (see
figure 3) by pulling its frame forward and down.
2. Remove the two screws and top half of the operating head ship-
ping fixture (see figure 4); store them in case of possible future
transport of the instrument.
