• [IF SAMPLE ID IS REQUIRED] Enter Sample ID for the loaded position (Figure 4.4).
The user can enter Sample ID manually or scan the barcode, then press ENTER.

• Load the sample tube in the load position.
• Press NEXT to advance to the next tube position and continue loading sample tubes, or
press START to begin testing (Figure 4.5).
NOTE: If the user stops loading tubes for over two minutes, the instrument prompts the user to
continue loading. If the user does not respond within 30 seconds, the instrument cancels all
loading and marks the loaded tube positions as empty.
