4.2 Testing – loading samples with turntable removed from instrument
• With the turntable removed from the instrument, load the sample tubes into turntable
positions 1 to 20. After loading samples, reinstall the turntable.
• Press LOAD.
• [IF USER ID IS REQUIRED] Select a User ID (Figure 4.1) and then press ENTER. Enter
the password using the keyboard (Figure 4.2), then press ENTER.
• The turntable will rotate and the instrument detects all present tubes. Tube positions with
tubes will appear gray on the display.
• [IF SAMPLE ID IS REQUIRED] Enter Sample ID for each loaded position using the
keyboard (Figure 4.4). Enter the Sample ID manually or scan the barcode, then press
ENTER.
• Press START and begin testing (Figure 4.5).
4.3 Cancelling loading samples
• Press CANCEL to display cancel options (Figure 4.6).

• Press ALL POSITIONS to cancel the entire load process.
• Press POSITION: N, where n is the tube position, to remove the previously loaded tube.
• Press NONE to continue loading.
