• Gently close the printer door until it snaps shut (Figure 1.6). The unrolled portion of
thermal paper should protrude from the printer slot with the door closed.

1.6 Install turntable
• If the turntable is not presently installed on the instrument, place it on a flat surface with
the numbered side visible.
• Place a new probe wiper ring over the center knob of the turntable.
• Align the wiper ring so the wiper ring locating tab is in one of the depressions provided at
turntable position 1 and position 11. Verify all the turntable position numbers are visible
within the radial holes of the wiper ring (Figure 1.7).
