9.2.7 Calibration error test table
Listed in the table below are all the errors which could occur during Calibration. Use this table
as a guide on how to troubleshoot calibration related issues.

Tubes Missing
Verify all 9 sample tubes are installed on the turntable
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up calibration
Wrong Calibrator 1
Wrong Calibrator 2
Wrong Calibrator 3
The calibration was set up incorrectly
This message indicates the wrong calibration standard is
in the wrong position
Positions 1-3 should consist of 2000 mOsm
Positions 4-6 should consist of 850 mOsm
Positions 7-9 should consist of 50 mOsm
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up calibration
Retry calibration
Calibrator 1 out of range
Calibrator 2 out of range
Calibrator 3 out of range
Too much variation in the calibration standards
Confirm good technique and pipette condition
Positions 1-3 (2000 mOsm) results varied
Positions 4-6 (850 mOsm) results varied
Positions 7-9 (50 mOsm) results varied
Check for particulate matter in the sample
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up calibration
