3.2.3.1.2 – Schedule Configuration Options Menu
A configurable schedule menu enables cycle phases to be configured for set periods of time. Each phase should be
optimized for user requirements to suit the specific process and oil type. The times are set using the up/down arrows
of the numerical lists shown in Figure 50 below. It is recommended that once ‘Cleaning’ and ‘Homogenizing’ have been
optimized for the specific process that these settings will not require adjustment.

CAUTION: Adjustments to the ultrasonic system (for cleaning and homogenization) shall only be performed
by Advanced Sensors trained or authorized personnel only. Excessive application of power to
the ultrasonic system may over time result in etching the measurement window and reduce the
expected working life of the transducer.
INFORMATION: ‘Flowing’ & ‘Measuring’ can be set to a maximum of 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
‘Cleaning’ and ‘Homogenizing’ cannot be set to exceed 3 minutes and 55 seconds.
‘Settling’ cannot be set to exceed 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
The configured phase times are displayed in the left side panel of the ‘Configurations Display Area’ within the ‘Measure
Cycle’ box shown below in Figure 51.
