Spectrometer Related Comments:
PPMalm ppm alarm raised
SPEC READ MANUAL a spectrum has been manually generated by the user
SPEC TIMED a spectrum is generated after a user defined number of cycles (a time based trigger)
PPM SPEC TRIGGERED a spectrum generated after a user defined reading value; the measured reading
value has exceeded a set threshold value to trigger the generation of a spectrum.
System Related Comments:
SYSalm a system log alarm was raised
SYSack a system log alarm was acknowledged
SYSclr a system log alarm was cleared
Water Status Related Comments:
WSalm a water status alarm was raised
WSack a water status alarm was acknowledged
WSclr a water status alarm was cleared
Simulation Related Comments:
SIMp ppm value is being simulated
SIMf raw flu value is being simulated
SIMt temperature is being simulated
<R> SPEC READ Spectrometer reading taken.
(EX-1000 units only) Where R = the reason for the read (MANUAL, TIMED, or <ppm trigger>-TRIG)
SysMsg-<xxx> System Log written to SysLog file with message xxx, where xxx is a number
representing the message written.
More than one of the above messages can occur in any one second; in the event of more than 1 comment, each message
will be placed in a separate column.
When Trending is set to ON then every second of data will be logged to the log file. When Trending is set to OFF then
the log file only stores every second of the measurement phase; for all other phases only the start time of that phase is
captured (see Section 3.2.3.1.1.2 – Water Line Options for details on how to turn Trending On or off).
5.3.2 – Oil Type Backup Files
Oil type files contain all the analyzer parameters for a particular oil type, similar to a calibration file. This folder contains
backup copies of all oil type files loaded on the analyzer.
