Beyond the scope of compendial devices, other vessel sizes and drug delivery
mechanisms may be used with the 708-DS. These include 200, and 2000mL
vessels sizes complete with appropriately scaled accessories. Also, stationary
baskets and enhancer cells may be configured.
The apparatus itself has many different configuration possibilities. The 708-DS
is available with a manual or automated lift mechanism to control the drive unit.
Other additional options include: AutoTemp, Auto Sampling, Dosage Delivery
Modules (DDM) and a Printer. Each of these will be explained in greater detail
throughout this manual.
