Couplings: This function is not available (grayed out) if:
• grayed out if microwave preselector is bypassed (see Input/Output,
Microwave Preselector.) Error 229 is sent.
• grayed out if in external mixing. Error 231 is sent.
• grayed out if entirely in band 0. Error 208 is sent.
• grayed out if entirely in bands 5-6. Error 208 is sent.
