Chapter 1 – Introduction
Overview
AJA’s Io XT and Io 4K provide professional-grade I/O for high-end computers,
and each is an ideal companion for lightning-fast video capture, playback and
up/down/cross conversion. Designed for today’s workflows, Io XT/4K provides
an ideal interface for video professionals to bridge the gap between their
Thunderbolt-enabled computers, and other pro video devices.
Io XT/4K connects with a single Thunderbolt cable and provides a second
Thunderbolt connector for storage, making them perfect for on set, or in the edit
