3 Program key management
You can customize programmable keys on the phone to enable users to access frequently to use Ringcentral
functions, or, if your phone does not have a particular hard key, you can create a program key. For example, BLF,
Intercom, Park, Page, Pick up, DTMF, Speed dial .etc.
Make call using speed dial
• Select the program key icon from the phone menu (see the navigation section of your phone
model).
• Press the key that you set type to speed dial to call.

BLF
The LED lightbulbs in the program keys of your phone allow you to see the availablity of your contact in the speed
dial feature (Busy Lamp Field). This depends on the configuration of your system and whether your phone is
equipped with LED softkeys. You also can make speed dial call to the monitored phone number

Fast-flashing
The monitored user receives an incoming call.
Slow-flashing
The monitored user is talking.
The monitored user’s conversation is placed on hold.
The monitored user is dialing.
The call is parked against the monitored user’s phone number.

The monitored user does not exist.
