8.10 Call forwarding
Call forwarding is also known as ‘Call Divert,’ which means to divert the incoming call to a specific number
based on set conditions and configurations. The user can configure the call forwarding settings of each line.
There are three types:
Unconditional Call Forward Forward any incoming call to the configured number.
Call Forward on Busy When the user is busy, the incoming call will be forwarded to the configured
number.
Call Forward on No Answer – When the user does not answer the incoming call after the configured
delay time, the incoming call will be forwarded to the configured number.
WEB interface: Enter [Line] >> [SIP], Select a [Line] >> [Basic settings], and set the type, number and
time of forwarding.
