8.10  Call forwarding 
Call forwarding is also known as ‘Call Divert,’ which means to divert the incoming call to a specific number 
based on set conditions and configurations. The user can configure the call forwarding settings of each line. 
There are three types: 
⚫  Unconditional Call Forward – Forward any incoming call to the configured number. 
⚫  Call Forward on Busy – When the user is busy, the incoming call will be forwarded to the configured 
number. 
⚫  Call Forward on No Answer – When the user does not answer the incoming call after the configured 
delay time, the incoming call will be forwarded to the configured number. 
⚫  WEB interface: Enter [Line] >> [SIP], Select a [Line] >> [Basic settings], and set the type, number and 
time of forwarding.
