Detailed description
There are two synchroni zation methods:
-Thestatic mode: In this synchronization mode, any RSI object creation, modification, or deletion
requires the synchroni zation process t o be r estarted. The administrator must ex plicitly or imp licitly
indicate the master side.

-Thedynamic mode: In this synchroniz ation mode, the administrator is not required to restart
the synchronization process after RSI object cre ation, modification, or deletion. The SSBD
automatically initiates the synchronization process each time an RSI object is configured. In
addition, the administrator can c onfi gure the RS I objects on the OmniPCX Enterprise side as well
as on the Genesys side, the master being temporarily the side where t h e modification is performed .

Dynamic synchronization

There are two operating modes:
-Thestandard mod e: In this operating mode, each Agent RSI object must be a ssociated with an
ACD authorized phone set R SI object. If this is not the case, creating age nts not associated with
ACD authorized phone sets on the OmniPCX Enterpri se side does not result in their creation on
the Genesys side when synchronization is running. These RSI objects are incomplete.
