Configuration procedure
Self-assignable agent (for agent
only)
:
Used to define the type of agent:
- Ordinary agent: set to False. The agent
cannot select their processing group at log-on
(processing group is the group in the list of
attachments with the Preferential Processing
Group parameter set to True). Initial value.
- Self-assig nable agent: set to True.Theagent
can select their processing group at log-on
(from the list of attachments) if the Preferential
Processing Group parameter is set to False.
Note: A supervisor is always "self-assignable".
Secret code expected (
agent or
supervisor)
:
Enter True if the agent (or supervisor) mu st enter
their s ecret code/password at Log-on or Log-off.
Initial value is False.
10. Declaring the RSI processing groups
This operation is the same as that performed for the CCD processi ng groups. By default for the RSI,
the main param eters to be configured f or each processing group are:
Object name: Application > CCD > Processing g roup
Attributes:
Directory number
:
Enter a directory number compatible with the
installation numbering plan.
Name :
Enter the na me of the RSI processing group.
Type :
Select: RSI.
The remaining RSI pro cessing group parameters are the same as those of the CCD processing groups.
Refer to the modul e CCD - Management - Part 2 § Agent type processing group for their meaning.
Note that the CCD processing groups have mo re parameters.

11. Assigning the agents and supervisors to the RSI processing groups
The operation consists in assigning t he agent(s) and/or supervisor(s ) to an RSI processing group.
